*Roll Call-Establish a quorum & introduce any guests

*Approval of the agenda

New Business:

*To convene into closed session per Wisconsin State Statute: 19.85(1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility regarding wages for Library Employees and extending staff hours.

*vote on 2021 budget

*decide on which director candidates to interview and how to proceed with interviews

Other Business

All other business will be discussed at the regular October meeting

*reminder to attend village board budget meetings

*Items to consider for future meetings
